課程概述 |
The purpose of this course is designed to expose doctoral students in business administration to the current and emerging research topics in operations management (OM). The format of the course combines: 1) Presentations of invited speakers from other institutions, alumni, or our institution. The speakers will share their current research and valuable experiences in the career development. 2) Students with the OM major/minor are required to present their on-going research in this seminar. 3) Lectures by the faculty members in our institution. |

課程目標 |
This seminar will help develop skill sets in conducting independent research, critiquing articles, developing new research ideas, and implementing a research study. |
